    Vật Liệu:

    1 can (400ml) "Savoy" coconut cream (can use only 375ml)

    1 cup sugar

    1 cup tapioca starch (Elephant Brand)

    5 eggs

    1 bag “Alsa" baking powder

    1 bag Vanilla

    Vai giot Aroma prima PANDAN

    Cách Làm

    1. Melt sugar and coconut cream, Remove from heat let it cool down (important to let coconut cream completely cool)

    2. Beat eggs with mixer on low speed, gradually beat in flours, baking powder and vanilla, beating well after each addition.

    3. Add step 1 and step 2, stir until blender

    4. Xong nếu bột còn lợn cợn thì đỏ sang 1 rổ lưới để lược lại

    5. Lightly grease 1 large 10 by 10 baking pan, pour mixture over baking pan through strainer

    6. Preheat oven to 350F. bake until golden top 0 to 55 minutes.
